Can't sign in?
Here is how to get back into your account.
Use Google instead
Your email address is your identity in Skydra. If that address has a Google account, you can sign in with it and reach the same workspace — no password needed.
Ask an owner to re-invite you
An owner or admin of your organization can send a fresh invitation to your email address from Settings → Members. Following that link lets you set up access again.
Self-service reset emails are not enabled on this deployment. Password changes for an account you are already signed into are available under Settings.
