Terms of Service

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Governing-law notice. Section 20 (Governing Law) names the jurisdiction only once the operator has designated it. Until then, the Terms do not assert a specific choice of law. Every other obligation stated below is intended as binding on both parties from the effective date.

These Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (the Terms) govern access to and use of Skydra, published by Fourneso LLC, including its website, application, APIs, automation features, scanning and testing functionality, workflows, agents, integrations, infrastructure, and related services (collectively, the Service).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

Skydra, we, us, or our
means Fourneso LLC, the legal entity publishing the Service.
User, you, or your
means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Target
means any domain, IP address, hostname, URL, application, API, cloud resource, service, infrastructure, account, organization, or other system submitted to or accessed through the Service.
User Content
means targets, configurations, credentials, code, requests, workflows, data, findings, files, and other information supplied by or through the User.

2. Authorization and ownership of targets

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and authorizations necessary to test, scan, monitor, access, interact with, or otherwise operate against every Target submitted to or processed by the Service.

You must not use the Service against a Target merely because it is publicly accessible. Public accessibility does not constitute authorization.

If you are testing a system belonging to another person or organization, you must have appropriate authorization from the relevant owner or authorized representative before performing security testing or automated activity.

You are solely responsible for determining the scope, limits, timing, rate, methods, and authorization applicable to your activities.

Where applicable, you should retain appropriate evidence of authorization, including written permission, contracts, bug bounty program rules, vulnerability disclosure policies, penetration-testing agreements, or other applicable authorization.

3. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Targets you submit, the actions and workflows you configure, the requests, scans, probes, and automation you execute, the credentials, tokens, keys, and other secrets you provide, and the legality and authorization of your activities.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, program policies, and third-party terms; reviewing the potential impact of your configured automation; and ensuring that your use of the Service does not exceed the scope of your authorization.

Skydra does not determine whether you are authorized to interact with a particular Target. You must not rely on Skydra to determine whether an activity is lawful or authorized.

4. Acceptable use

The acceptable-use obligations and prohibitions appear on the Acceptable Use Policy. See that page for the full list; the obligations there are incorporated into these Terms.

Read the Acceptable Use Policy →

5. Automated and high-volume activity

The Service may perform automated, concurrent, scheduled, distributed, or high-volume operations. You acknowledge that automated security testing can generate substantial traffic and may affect the Target or surrounding infrastructure.

You are responsible for configuring automation appropriately for the Target and for ensuring that your authorization permits the volume and nature of the activity.

You must use appropriate limits, scopes, exclusions, schedules, and concurrency settings where necessary to prevent unintended impact.

Skydra does not guarantee that automated activity will remain within any particular traffic, concurrency, request-rate, resource-consumption, or execution limit unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Credentials and sensitive information

You are responsible for ensuring that any credential, token, API key, certificate, secret, or other authentication material supplied to Skydra is provided lawfully and with appropriate authorization. You must not provide credentials that you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials associated with your account and for promptly revoking or rotating credentials that may have been exposed.

Where technically feasible, Skydra provides security controls designed to protect sensitive information. However, no security mechanism can guarantee absolute security.

7. Findings and security results

Skydra may identify, infer, classify, or report potential vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, exposed resources, credentials, security weaknesses, or other findings.

Security findings are provided for informational and operational purposes. A finding may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, incorrectly classified, or require additional validation.

A finding labeled as confirmed, validated, exploitable, critical, high, medium, low, or any other classification does not constitute a legal, professional, or independent guarantee that the underlying issue exists or has a particular impact.

You are responsible for independently validating findings before taking consequential action.

8. Third-party services and targets

The Service may interact with third-party infrastructure, APIs, cloud providers, hosting providers, registries, applications, and other external services. Skydra does not control third-party systems.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms, policies, technical restrictions, and authorization requirements. Skydra is not responsible for the behavior, availability, security, policies, rate limits, responses, or changes of third-party services.

9. User content

You retain ownership of User Content that you lawfully own.

You grant Skydra the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, store, analyze, execute, and display User Content solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service, subject to applicable agreements and privacy requirements.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide User Content to Skydra. You must not submit content that you are prohibited from sharing, processing, or transmitting.

10. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must promptly notify Skydra if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Skydra is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate account security, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Service availability

The Service may change, become unavailable, experience interruptions, contain defects, or be temporarily suspended. Skydra does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Service unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Skydra may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or functionality at any time, including where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, infrastructure protection, or operational reasons.

12. No security guarantee

The Service is a security testing and automation platform and is not a guarantee that any Target, account, infrastructure, application, or organization is secure.

No security product can identify every vulnerability or prevent every security incident. You acknowledge that security testing inherently involves uncertainty, incomplete information, false positives, false negatives, changing systems, and previously unknown vulnerabilities.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Skydra disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and security.

Skydra does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, produce complete or accurate results, or detect any particular security issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or protection that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skydra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or expected savings, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skydra will not be liable for damage, interruption, access, disclosure, data loss, resource consumption, or other consequences resulting from User-configured automation or activity against a Target.

Skydra's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skydra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, your lack of authorization to test or interact with a Target, activities performed through your account, and claims arising from automated activity initiated or configured by you.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Skydra's own liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.

16. Suspension and termination

Skydra may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or third-party infrastructure, investigate suspected abuse, respond to security incidents, comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, prevent unauthorized or harmful activity, or protect users or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

17. Monitoring and abuse prevention

To protect the Service and its users, Skydra may monitor Service usage, execution metadata, traffic patterns, system activity, and other operational information as permitted by applicable law and the applicable Privacy Policy.

Skydra may investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, unauthorized use, or violations of these Terms.

18. Responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in Skydra, you agree to report it responsibly through the security contact or disclosure mechanism designated by Skydra rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it before Skydra has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

19. Changes to these terms

Skydra may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published or on the effective date specified in the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — pending operator finalization], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The jurisdiction is designated by Fourneso LLC and will be set to a specific state or country in the next revision of this document.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION — pending operator finalization], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This section is the single remaining operator-decision item; everything above operates independently of the jurisdiction named here.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Order Form, Enterprise Agreement, Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and other expressly incorporated agreements, constitute the agreement between you and Skydra concerning the Service.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written agreement, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent specified in that agreement.
